i tried:

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/289676.htm

Nothing changes.

Does anybody here experienced such kind of problem before?

Try to configure it whithout creating shortcuts and placeholders. Is it then working. Additional try a fileserver to add as resource, when this is working the general EV system is ok - then the issue must be on celerra.
