Unable to restore items from Virtual Vault

Hi,

Running EV 10.0.4 in an MSCS Clustered Environment (N+1). The Operating System on the Servers is Windows Server 2008 R2 (Enterprise Edition).

Virtual Vault is enabled for all users who are using EV. Most clients are running EV 10.0.3 including the user whose issue I am looking to fix.

When trying to restore an item within the Virtual Vault, A popup comes stating that no item has been selected. However, the restore works properly when I use Search Vaults.

There was a Shortcut created in one of the folders in the Mailbox, and that restore worked with no problem.

Also, I would like to mention, that on double clicking the item in Virtual Vault, the message is not retrieved and has a message, "An Administrative Policy does not allow you to view this message". On clicking the hyperlink in the "Shortcut", it recalls the message with no problem.

Need help in understanding, what is going wrong!
