Upgrade Enterprise Vault 8.0 sp2 to sp3

I am getting ready to upgrade our enterprise vault 8.0 sp2 to sp3.  Are there any gotchas or prerequisites or is this a simple in-place upgrade?

should be a simple in place upgrade, i would however strongly suggest going to EV8 SP4 due to the amount of issues it resolves

Hi,

Yes a straight forward upgrade.  The only thing I will say is that V8 sp4 is now available so why not upgrade to that instead?  Not only contains many fixes but new features like Move Archive, System Status and Symantec Online.
