Upgrade or new installation

Hello,
 
At this moment we whave Enterprise Vault running 6.0 with sp2. We want go to Version 7.0 Can we do an upgrade or do we need to do a new installation? And is there some documentation regarding this upgrade or installation path?

You can download EV 7 sp 2 from here:
 
In the documentation folder you will see a file called UpgradeInstructions_EN.htm, that has what you are looking for.
