Dear Team,
My customer using Exchange 2003 SP2, EV 6.0 SP5, outlook 2003 in the client and Backupexec 10 as backup software...
Currently they have a problem:
During EV backup (9am - 2pm) only 1 user cannot open the archived mail. When the user double click the shortcut, only blank screen, nothing inside... but the rest users can open the archived mail...
I need your suggestion about this problem.... Thank you...

post the EV client log here. Don't think this is due to backup as other users are able to retrieve archived items.

Are you sure that the user is able to open items when Backup is not running?

Dear All,
Thanks for your reply. This case solved already.
My Friend was doing this steps:
Delete the user outlook profile and recreate again. Tested opening the archived mails ok. Click on the search vault button ok and can search for archived mails.
