User having problem with Search Vault and Archive Explorer

EV 7.5 SP3

We have a user that access Outlook thru a Citrix client.  When she tries to search her vault using Archive Explorer or Search Vault she receives the following error which she tries to open the any archived mail:

 

 Cannot download the archived item from http://archiverserver.alliedvan.com/enterprisevault......

Invalid class string

[CPOA]

 

Here shortcuts in Outlook thru Citrix works fine.

 

If the user logs into Outlook on a regular desktop and uses Search Vault/Archive Explorer it works fine.

We have many users accessing Outlook thru Citrix and have no issues.

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks, but this article does no apply.  It is only happening when she uses Archive Explorer or Search Vault.  Everyone else on the Citrix server is working fine.

Is the issue with integrated search/AE or browser based or both? Can you put the extensions in debug mode(Ctrl+Shift+One of the EV Buttons) and then try integrated search? You can paste the log here..
