Hi,
We're running Enterprise Vault 7.5 and we have one user who can't access his archived emails.
Each time he clicks on an archived email a window pops up asking for his credentials, he'd enter the correct username and password and the loading window would say "Requesting the item" for a few minutes before the credential window popping up again.
He can access all unarchived emails fine so I'm assuming this is a permission issue on his vault however I've checked this and it appears to be the same as everyone elses.
Does anyone have any suggestions about next steps?

Go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Advanced -> Manage Passwords
If your EV server is listed there, click it and then press Remove and try again

That was the problem, thanks for the help - I feel a bit silly for not spotting it myself!!

Don't feel silly! that is one of the more obscure fixes in my opinion, glad its fixed though, good job :)
