Vault Jobs for duplication from disk to tape

Hello Friends,

We need to setup the vaulting in our netbackup 7.1 infra.

Just want to know which license is required for vaulting configuration for duplication of backed up data from disk to tape.

"Enterprise Vault Agent"
OR

"Vault"

Please suggest

The Enterprise Vault Agent is used for backing up Symantec Archiving solution, Enterprise Vault.
