you mention you upgraded to exchange 2010. does that mean you moved some mailboxes and those arent working properly in some way related to EV?
a few guesses:
1. EV only supports Exchange 2010 SP1. do you have SP1 installed?
2. if you're on an earlier version of EV, you need to be on at least EV9 for Exchange 2010 support.
3. if #1,#2 are ok, have you run the powershell scripts to set exchange permissions and throttling policy settings?
4. if #1,#2,#3 are ok then have you created new archiving task(s) for the new Exchange server(s)?
if it's anything else, we're going to need a more specific description of the issue in order to better help you.

What isn't working exactly? Are you refering to Exchange Managed folders? Also, what version of EV?

If using DAG, please create system mailbox for all the exchange nodes.
thanks.
