Vault Store Usage Reporter

Hi

When viewing the reports ie Total number of active archives = 11,246

But whn I run the querry on use EnterpriseVaultDirectory

select count(*) from ExchangeMailboxEntry
where (MbxArchivingState = 1)

I get 10,151 active mailboxes.

Can you pls advise why there is a difference in numbers of active archives from the reporter and sql querry.

Not sure, but probably the report lists disabled archives, too?

What number do you get then you search for archivingstate = 1 OR archivingstate = 2?
