Are you able to find the Saveset in question on Disk?
228000000000000~200710051752490000~0~1A7BB4BF989244BA9D5EB7AE7F2D049
(Location: 2007/10/05...)
Is it cabbed?
Cheers

They are cab files as well
I found 825000000000000~200712062142580000~0.ARCHDVS
Also to make matters more interesting one of the people getting errors has changed names so not sure if that is playing into it.
Also she was able to restore items to public folders but not to her own mailbox or contacts even if she forces a new item to archive it doesn't want to either.
If there any documents on proper way to rename or change a mailbox once archiving has begun

Hi,
i had the same problem and discovered, that the custumer put the ev-serviceaccount into the Domainadmin group. On Exchangeservers normaly for Domainadmins send as and receive as right is denied.
After the service-account was'nt in the Domainadmin Group every thing works fine.
sorry for my bad english

We finally got too the bottom of it.
Part of it was caused by the outlook add-in being set to normal instead of http
because of the name change and the legacy mailbox name still referring to users old last name.
We are going to try keeping the normal setting but altering the legacy mailbox name via adsiedit

Cool, thanks for posting the solution!
