Vault Store Usage Reports

Hi all,
 
When i try and view a Vault store usage report i get the following error message
 
Error: (-2147217871, [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired)
 
And the report has no information in it.
 
Any help or pointers greatly appreciated

Try to hit the usage.asp using 127.0.0.1 or the native IP address.
 
Verify disableloopbackcheck and disablestrictnamechecking reg keys are configured with a value of (1).
 
Can you use the search.asp on the server?
