Hello all,
I'm using EV 7.5 SP2 with MSCS cluster working properly.
Some mailboxes are corporate where everyone has access (Full Control). We have set as main profile in Outlook a personal account, and in the advanced options are added all mailboxes to be open.
The personal accounts are not able to archive, only those corporate.
if I put one of these corporate accounts as principal, all buttons appear, but if I leave the personal account as principal, only the button and menu of Search appears.
If I enable the personal mailbox to archive, all buttons appers.
In the advanced tab of the policies properties all the options of the buttons are "Show Both".
The option "Allow Script in Shared Folder" on advanced tab is set to yes and with it I can see the original messages with the double click.
Any suggestions on how I make the buttons appear?
