We have EV 8 SP4 in cluster & taking EV backup through BE 2010. But while taking EV Indexes backup, job gets failed with following error.
Final error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again. If the server or resource no longer exists, remove it from the selection list. Edit the selection list properties, click the View Selection Details tab, and then remove the resource.

Previously we had same problem but it was related to permissions, after that backup was successful without any error. But from last 3 days jobs are again failing.
There is no issue with permission, BE System logon account is having permissions to index location along with EV admin account. Also we are able to browse this location via UNC path. And strage thing is it is taking backup of some index folders but not all.
It will be very great if you know the other reasons.
