Hi

I can see an exception when EV tries to load the hidden settings mail:

Did you have any customizations for EV in the OWA  web.config?
They get lost when upgrading a Service Pack.

Could you restore your previous web.config, and insert all customized EV values from there into the new web.config and try again?

Sorry to disappoint you, but Exchange 2007 SP2 is not supported yet according to the Compatiblity Guide:

ftp://ftp.support.veritas.com/pub/support/products/Exchange_Mailbox_Archiving_Unit/276547.pdf

This could well be a bug that needs to be resolved.

You can try to enable OWA logging and see what happens.

So a few people have tried this internally and not had any problems.

Have the CAS and the Mbx servers all been upgraded to Exchange 2007 SP 2?

You can attach the file by editing your original post, and attaching it there.
