event 45324 - custom properties - how do I get rid of this?

Customer used to have custom filtering before, but he no longer uses it, server is full with those events:

Event Type:    Warning
Event Source:    Enterprise Vault 
Event Category:    Archive Task 
Event ID:    45324
Date:        5/23/2014
Time:        4:34:42 AM
User:        N/A
Computer:    BLABLA
Description:
The custom properties definition file could not be found - custom property indexing and categorisation functionality has been disabled.

I removed the registry keys (dwords only) under external filtering - mailbox, and after services restart - still getting the messages.

How can I disable them completely?

I mean the folder, not just the dwords.

Otherwise, you could try setting IgnoreNoDefault.
