exclude mail for archiving by subject name

Hey

it is possible to exclude mail from archiving by content in the subject, for example, if subject contents the word private

I think that it must be done through evpm but do not know how the syntax should be to make such a rule

Have a look in the help files for Custom Filtering, particularly the "filtering messages" part which explains how to do this. You can either use the Admin Console help index to find the section or it's under "Setting up Exchange Server Archiving"> "Confuring Filtering"
