I migrated pst files, set shortcut age for 2 years. As days go by, mail items within the migrated pst folder continue to age (of course). How do i systematically remove the items so that nothing over 2 years from today is in there? for example: today is July 29 2007, and i have items in there that are from July 1, 2005. i would like to see the oldest item in there being july 29, 2005. I suspect that someone will say "expiry" is the solution, but i don't necessarily want to expire items in the general mailbox folders, just in the personal folders that were migrated.
