pst migrations

couple of questions.

we have a few users not all that when there pst is flagged as read only when copying and migrating that they are unable to even read messages stored inside it.

is this normal and if not how do i fix it.

Also is there any way to see how the migrator is prioritsing the migrations and forcing it to take a particular person next

I'm not sure I quite understand.  Are you saying the PST file is marked as read only after a migration or before the migration? Is it a client side migration?

mainly the server side ones

they are being found and copied too the server for migration.

And the attributes are setting the pst to read only which is fine but why is the user being locked out at the point the pst has been copied over and ready for migration.

Outlook tries to open the PSTs as read/write, so users are getting locked out when the attributes are set to read-only.
