Can some one help me with issue.
I have an user, where she can not find a synchronize button on her outlook, no Virtual vault too.
This is the issue with only single user.
Troubleshooting steps we performed:
-> Tried to reset EV clinet
-> Tried to create new outlook profile.
-> tried with different PC
E-mails are getting archived and user is able to view the E-mails in archive explorer too.
The only issue is with the Vault.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
you confirmed the config like everyone suggested and even tried with a different PC? that would rule out a lot except an issue with her archive or with the hidden message in the mailbox. try zapping the archive.
Are you running with multiple provisioning groups? I would look up the user's policy in the VAC:
Highligh the Site - Under Mailbox Management, select 'Display Policies Assigned to Mailboxes.
Look up the mailbox and make sure it is using the expected Desktop Policy with Vautl Cache enable.
