third party web-parts and EV seamless shortcuts

hi 

is there any known problems with third party web-parts and the EV shortcuts?

dose web-parts that were designed to work with sharepoint documents will work seamlessly with documents that where archived in EV?

Honestly i'm not sure, you could check the compatibility charts to see if there are any third party sharepoint plugins and whether EV has been tested in use with it. If its not listed it doesn't mean that it won't work, it just means its not supported, not been tested and is not guaranteed to work with any other plugins.

I would suggest talking to your sales representative from Symantec and see if they can get any technical information for you, i would also suggest testing in a lab environment and see whether it works as expected for you.
