Surely it's not that complicated? Perhaps I should not have posted it where I have, but, in that case, where should it have gone?
My understanding is that Symantec personnel monitor and post on these forums, and that therefore replies are not dependent on volunteers - is that incorrect?
Before the Symantec takeover, getting support for my PGP purchase was a simple matter of filling in a web form and getting an almost immediate response by email.
Any assistance gratefully received
