Corporate Responsibility embedded across the organization
The progress we make in bringing our Corporate Responsibility (CR) vision and initiatives to life would not be possible without employees' support. From our Employee Resource Group champions fostering a culture of inclusion, to our Engineering teams helping set science-based target greenhouse gas emission reduction goals, to the Supply Chain team focused on reducing the company's environmental impact. It takes a combined effort to make progress on global societal challenges.
- Donations to nonprofits through the Giving Station: $1,460,500.
- Hours volunteered by Veritas employees: 20,800.
- Nonprofits that received Veritas software donations: 2,496, equivalent to $2,830,000 in in-kind donations.
- Launch of the first pro bono workshop in the Roseville, MN office.
- First diversity training completed by over 60 percent of Veritas employees and 100 percent of Human Resources employees.
- Since FY2018, Veritas Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions across its entire value chain decreased by seven percent.
- Supply Chain achieved 50 percent of manufacturing tier 1 suppliers signing the Veritas Supply Chain Sustainability Agreement.
