Duplication MSDP images between appliances with versoin 2.5 and 2.6

Hi All,

Is it possible to duplicate MSDP images from a 2.5.3 appliance to 2.6.0.3 appliance and vice versa. I am not sure as both have different catalog format.

I would say that is not going to work, or if it does, then it might not be optimized duplication. When upgrading to 7.6.0.x there is MSDP conversion process that takes ages to complete. I'm sure that would imply that you need to have the same versions everywhere, or at least up to 7.6.0.x everywhere.

We are in a jeopardy because of issues after upgrade to 2.6.0.2. I hope you have heard of issues related to upgrade to 2.6.0.2 which starts giving error 14 and 24. We could not upgrade another appliance to 2.6.x version and now due to space umbalance need to duplicate few copies to another appliance.

Not sure how can we raise it with Symantec as support only works of break fix.
