Error code 50 Client process aborted during duplication from appliance

Below is the error code 50 when i running SLP ( backup to appliance and alternate read from appliance and duplicated to LTO3 library attached to the appliance via FC connection).

I do faced this issue after i have cut over to the appliance MSDP backup . Is there any logs i can turn on the appliance to check ?

So to make sure I have this right, you have either a 5200 or 5220 that you're doing backups to and that same appliance has visibility to the tape resources.  You've got your SLP configured to do a backup job to the appliances with a second step of "duplication" to the tape resources, correct?

Support will be your best bet for log collection, but perhaps I can help validate the topology.

I would be intrested to see the bptm,bpdm and pdplugin log for those time period.

And check the event viewer on the master server if that is windows, just few mins before the duplication job started? do you see something like Event 12, Kernel-General ?
