Hello,
i have a trouble with netbackup appliance web console,
in the storage display that cannot show summary of disk used as always, and it show
"Storage space utilization cannot be populated, for more information, refer to the logs."
and i dont know how to do
and if i click the storage it will show
"[info] Performing sanity check on disk and partitions..(5 mins approx)"
i have been waiting this for coubple hours but nothing happen...
i send the picture of error in attachment

Did you receive alerts of hardware failure by call home?
Can you share the logs with us?

There is probably an issue with one of the services that report and manage the storage devices. This doesn't stop the device from working, but does result in the type of issue you are seeing.
A number of options:
I note that the software verion on the appliance looks quite old - it is still showing the Symantec branding - are you planning to upgrade to a supported version soon?
