Not sure what you expect from the community...
You have a certain amount of data that you backup with pre-defined retention periods.
Data on dedupe disk will expire and be cleaned up when expiration date is reached.
Was a proper sizing exercize conducted before you purchased appliances?
If you are backing up data that does not dedupe well, you can duplicate this data from dedupe storage to tape and expire from dedupe.
