I do having error code 2074 when using SLP to duplicate backup image from the appliance MSDP to Lto library .

Beside BPTM on the appliance , what other logs i can check on ?

What does it give you when you do an nbdevquery -U?

I think there's a relevant nbdevconfig command as well but don't remember it off the top of my head.

Also, take a look in the disk logs under the admin console reporting and see if there seems to be something that caused the volume to go down.

Just to make sure, this is a 5220 with tape drives locally attached, correct?  If so, also go into the CLISH of the 5220 and go support > processes (it might be manage > processes) and do an "adminconsole show" and a "netbackup show" to look for any of the 5220 services that might be down and NBU processes that might not be running right somehow.  All of the 5220 services should be up.  If everything looks right from here, I would reboot (if you can) to see if that changes anything.  If it doesn't, I would open a support case and you'll probably be focusing on the spad/spoold processes for some troubleshooting.

thanks for your advise . the issue here is the duplication failed with error code 2074 and once the SLP duplicate retry the duplication jobs , all did went through successful and backup to the appliance disk pool is still running without restart any services on the appliance.

think i will need to log case to investigate this issue.
