    if the system cannot connect to internet, how to update the nbu5240 system from 3.1.2 to 4.0 or later.

netbackup appliance cannot support backup vsphere7.0.

@neilrule You can download upgrade RPM from Support Portal and perform the upgrades. This should not be a challenge unless you dont have your own entitlement.

thanks, I can find the machine Serial No. but can't find the entitlement.

maybe I have to got the entitlement from other colleagues.
