0 File Backup after sucessfull backup job run in NB 5.0

We are facing problem when we created a policy for a
new server, this client is a Linux 2.4 server and the
folders we are trying to backup are on NAS device.

The policy, Client, backup locations created ok, but
when tried the backup its not taking backup of the
desired locations, also its not giving any error. The
backup is successful with 0 files backed-up.

Did you enable Follow NFS feature and Cross mount points feature in Policy Attribute Tab? If not, files under NFS are skipped and backup job ends successfully with 0 files.
