why it is showing 2 different Drives...? D drive and F drive
12:26:18.593 [2196.1848] <4> bphdb: INF - Processing "D:\oracle\admin\scripts\backup_axy1289.cmd"

can you attach the scripts that are displyaing in above path?
does the local admin of the client have the admin access on Database..? if not you need to chage the netbackup client services with the accout ID which is having the permission on the DB
10-20-2014 11:10 AM
Does it logging any info in the dbclient log?
Do you find any difference in the scripts for the working one and not working one?
10-20-2014 11:11 AM
the script is under F:\,.... D:\ seems to be added by mistake.
The other script in the same drive for other instance backup ran successful, with the same credential (user id and pass) NetBackup client service running with. So seems its not an issue with ID.
Below is the script content.
set ORACLE_SID=axy1289
rman target sys/syspwd @'F:\oracle\admin\scripts\rman_backup_axy1289.cmd' log F:\oracle\admin\logs\pgh1558.log
10-20-2014 11:52 AM
No such difference is there in both scripts.
Unfortunately, No logs being created in dbclient folder.

Try to create the bphdb folder, the files here have often help me with troubleshooting oracle backups
As always running the script by hand in a prompt can be informative
In this case I would hunt down where the D: drive comes from and change to F:
10-20-2014 12:39 PM
Created the bphdb folder and shared the logs in the initial post....
The D:\ drive was added by me mistakenly....the script location is F:\ drive.
Will try to run the script manually, if that works.

Issue got resolved, I checked with DB team....the required DB was down.
Thanks all for your support.
