Has anybody who requested physical media recevied it yet?

Just wondering, I don't have it yet, and really don't want to tie up my pc with downloads for hours and hours and hours.

I have requested on FEB 10th  but I didn't receive that Kit Yet....

As per Order Confirmation, we should it receive it in 4-6 Weeks. Am Still Waiting for it..

1. Go to https://fileconnect.symantec.com/physicalmedia
2. Select language
3. Enter your serial number M?????????? and click "Select" button
4. On the End User License Agreement Page, click " I Agree"
5. Click " Ship Me a CD " on the Language Selection Page
6. Tick the box ( Ship? ) and click "Order CD"
7. Fill out all the required fields to complete the request

NB: A serial number is required to initiate the software download through FileConnect.   This serial number is specific to the FileConnect site and is not the NetBackup product license key.  The serial number will either come with an upgrade or purchase letter.

I had done the request on online, and had not gotten it,
So I called my support people ( I have third party NB support)
And asked them for media - got it in 3 weeks.  Still never heard about getting media from my online request.

So if you have support - see if you can order from them.
