ATMOS storage unit showing as down in NetBackup

All backups are failing which is assigned to specific STU - with error "no storage units available for use(213)"

Checked with storage team and they have verified and come up with no issues from their end. Upon checking found below error.. Stat is showing as DOWN.... is there any way to bring up the state? is this something NetBackup team to check? or this is an issue with Storage?

BasicDisk, Formatted Disk, Direct Attached

Check filesystem on the media server. 
Is it mounted? Can you create a test file?
Compare the STU properties in NBU and check that NBU services on media server is started as a domain user with write access to the volume/path.
