NBU 7.1.0.3, two node clustered RedHat Linux master server, two Win 2008 R2 media servers, using MSDP.
I've one SQL job ID which is active on the Netbackup Admin Console but not doing anything - its operations view shows as "mounting" but I dont see any tape in the drive. From the Netbackup MS SQL Client's progress view it remains "In Progress".
I've tried to cancel the job from the NB Admin Console, also tried to cancel by stopping the Netbackup client services from the client itself, ran command bpdbjobs -cancel <job number>, also stopped all NB services on the media services and ran command bpdbjobs -cancel <job number> again but without success.
I cross-checked the PID ID in any of the media servers and client itself in an attempt to kill the ID, but no match.
All other jobs are running fine.
Any suggestions before I restart the master services?
