After Entering NB 7.6 Licensing in NB 7.5 Version,Policies are not activating?

NB 7.5

We then entered NB 7.6 lICENSE Key, and it successfully activated

but the policies are not activating ,when we right click and click on Activate, it is not working,

plz help

what is the error it is giving when you try to activate the policy?

did you try activating the policy using the command line, in case to elimante the concern on GUI

bpplinfo policy_name -set -active

no error is giving , when we click on Activate ,nothing is coming

not checked by command line. checking now

Re-start the GUI. You may even need to re-start Netbackup.

If all of the above is still not working, you need to contact Customer Care to request 7.5 licenses.

Or upgrade to 7.6.

thanks all support.

actually the Netbackup 7.6 server license was entered,but Netbackup 7.6 Client license was missing,so we entered this missing one and it worked.
