Hello together,
how can i create a alert policy that informed me about failed backup- jobs by mail?

The manual in Nicolai's post IS a step-by-step guide.
No quick 'step 1, step 2, step 3....'
The other option is to configure email notification in NBU.
For this the method is different for Unix/Linux and Windows.
Windows: Download, install and configure BLAT.
Unix/Linux: Configure sendmail to work at OS level.
Add your email address in Host Properties -> Master -> Global Attributes.
