Archive Bit

Hi ALL,
According to what I know the archive bit is only used when backing up windows clients. Then I guess the setting Use_Archive_bit in bp.conf of unix client has no use. Am I correct?

I never heard of such a bp.conf entry.
I guess its like a sceen door on a submarine.

yep,
Archive bit is only Windows (as far as I know) and those settings are on the client properties...
