Archive backup error 13

I'm having a little problem here,

running the manual backup through the host jbpSA  I receive the STATUS 0 and aparently sucess.
looking at the activity monitor another JOB keep running for a while, and ends w/ status 13 (time out)


Oracle running over a windows 2003 server

no erro on dbclient

all the APP sched runs ok.. the Arch ends w/ status 13, any Idea ??

I 'm loggin as SO.
the Arch that I mantion is the automatic full backup

I 'll monitor that policy.

it appears that I can't log as SO in template, I have tryed to log as sys (sysdba) and no problem occurr  but no (automatic backup job runs).

locally, I'm sending a manual backup from the jbpSA in client.

appears OK, status 0
in the activity log all jobs keep status 0 but
the (automatic backup) status 13.

dbclient gives me nothing.
