Awaiting resource abc_xyz3_robots - FT client has no devices configured

I have configure Exchange servers as FT clients. i can see these server in Master Netbackup server under devices - San Clients but the backup is happening using LAN. it's Exchnage 2010 DAG which consists of 2 servers. Netbackup servers are Windows 2008R2, NB version 7.5.0.4.

I see following message in the backup task -

Awaiting resource abc_xyz3_robots - FT client has no devices configured.

Please help.

FT media server is not supported under Windows - do you have a Linux box running ?
