BAR Slow Startup on Windows 2008 R2 NetBackup 7.5

I have NetBackup 7.5 client software on several Windows 2008 R2 servers.  When I try to open the Backup, Archive, Restore application on any of the servers, it takes about 7 minutes to open.  Is this normal?  How can I make it open faster?  Thanks.

Never mind.  I found out you have to "Run as Administrator" on Windows 2008.
