Hi,
I am trying to restore a BMR Windows 2003 client. When I perform the "Prepare to restore step", the following messages appreared in the GUI:

ERROR: Generating restore files for client saplab2,zpots5n3 failed: error code 1
Additional failure information (if any):
bmrmain: ERROR Cannot find TrueImage date. To rectify, ensure:
- The BMR server is allowed to contact NetBackup server on behalf of client.
- A full backup of client is available.
- The client backup was performed with *true image restore* information.
- The backup includes all local drives, including the registry and system files.

I have performed the necessary steps as above including ticking the "Collect True Image restore Information" during backup but I still encoutered problem.
I saw somebody posted the same problem in this forum before but there was not follow up anwer to that.
Any help ?

PS. How do check if the BMR Server has successfully getting True Image Date information from the NetBackup master server from a client backup ?
