Backup Fails with 41 error for Full backups

Error: network connection timed out(41).

NB Verison: 7.0.1

OS: Windows 2003

Master Server and Media Server 2008 with NB Verison 7.0.1

Full backup failing with error network connection timed out(41). If we rerun the backup it completed sucessfully.

Differnetial backups no issues.
