Backup fail with error code 130

Server :2008r2

Backup type :incrimental backup 

Backup policy : Ms-Exchange-server 

so what should be the best solution .

Check logs bpcd and bpbkar .

Is circular logging enabled on Exchange?

If so, incrementals won't work.

Please post all text in Details tab of failed job and upload bpbkar log as .txt file (please try not zip the file...)
