Please go through these docs to find the reason for slow backup (normally read speed from client disk or slow network).

There is NO quick solution for performance tuning....

everyday 500 MB to 600 MB files are getting copied in server and it is getting copied in 200 folders individually. After fews days as per the schedule files will be deleted from server after taking the backup automatically. But here since the file size is more than 500 MB and transfer rate is 3000 KB /Sec.Please let me know how can i increase transfer rate.

See my post below.

There is no 'magic' that will increase performance.

You need to find where the bottleneck is....

Some of the issues which could impact backup performance

1)File size and file system tuning

2)Client throughput

3) Network throughput

4)Media server throughput

5) Storage network

6) Storage devices

i.e. multiple component cause performance issue
