Best technical support: direct from Symantec or through a partner?

I'd like to hear peoples experiences with technical support for NetBackup. Is Symantec's support the best or is one of their technical support partners like Datalink or DLT Solutions better? Are there any other options?

We used Datalink in the past and weren't too happy with them. Have they gotten better?
