Cannot run jobs ERROR: unable to create directory, C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\user_ops

Cannot run jobs, error message is:
ERROR:  unable to create directory, C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\user_ops, for user directed operation progress files

Windows 2008 64, NBU 6.5.5.  I am an admin on the box and can create the directory manually.

Any help would be appreciated.

As admin you are able to create the directory but if you may be not login as admin in JAVA GUI, where you are getting this error. Try with everyone write permission to the folder.

Windows Server 2008, need to excute the instalation like Run As Administrator, may be thats the problem.

I commented, because that it's happened to me.
