Hi,
I want to capture any Tape/Media warnings while taking backup from Netbackup.
Is there any report, or file system log where I can check these warnings.
currently Tapes are managed by an external verndor, want to raise these warnings to the vendor so that they are actioned before tapes actually fail.
Any help on this would be highly appriciated.

You can run 'Media Logs' or 'Tape logs' report on a daily basis.
Use the Filter option to exclude Severity of type 'Info'.
You will be left with Warning and Error log entries.

You can run this command on the master server, but it will be 'tricky' to filter out 'Info' messages:
bperror -media -hoursago 24 -U
or
bperror -media -hoursago 24 -L
Have a look at both outputs and see what works for you.
Unformatted output with:
bperror -media -hoursago 24 -l
(Command is in /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd)
