Hi,
How can I troubleshoot this error when I open the emv8001-hcart-robot-tld-0? I want to make sure the TLD(0) is up and running but it does not have option to select with, thoough I can see the TL(0) robot do exists.

EMNBUM01 is not at all configured as a media server. Probably Windows Admin Console only.
emv88001 is the master and also media server (plus NDMP media server).
TLD(0) is attached to emv88001.
The OS sees the tape drives but nothing is configured in NBU.
You need to run the device config, select emv88001 to add the tape drives that are in the robot.
You can skip the STU config at the end, as these parameters should still be the same.
Confirm with 'tpconfig -l' on emv88001 after device config.

Is TLD(0) a local NDMP robot? If yes then your storage unit type needs to be NDMP not media manager and it will not be listed in the drop-down if you try configuring a media manager storage unit.
Your 1st screenshot for the storage unit shows all the storage units as type NDMP for robot TLD-0
The screenshot from the robots also just shows 1 entry for TLD-0 so if its configured as LOCAL NDMP then the error is correct.

All the storage units as type NDMP for robot TLD-0 have the same error, and none of them is working. the TLD(0) is the robot for the tape library STK SL500 and is directly attached to the device host. How can I add an local NDMP host and assign it to TLD(0)
And would it be problematic if we have 3 storage units assigned with robot number 0?

I assume that emv88001 is your master server is that is also a media server and that this where you ran the commands, right?
We see that you have 3 robots defined - 1 on the master/media server and 1 each on your NAS filers:

TLD(0) is the one with the problem.
tpconfig output does not show any drives configured in TLD(0).
Did someone delete the drives in NBU config? Or never configured?
Please check that the robot and tape drives are seen at OS-level.
Show us output of scan command.
If scan sees robot and drives, then you can run the device config wizard to add tape drives.

I believe someone had changed the config but not exactly know what is it. Yes you are rite, the emv88001 is the master server and emnbum01 is the media server.
And nothing show from scan command

There are no devices (robot or tape) attached to this Windows server.
The path for TLD(0) robotic path = /dev/sg26
This device path is a Linux path.
Is emnbum01 a Linux server?
There is nothing in the current config that references emnbum01 - not in device or storage unit config.
So, you really need to find out what exactly has changed before trying to fix NBU.
In the meantime, please run 'scan' on media server and show us the output (copy text please).

EMNBUM01 is not at all configured as a media server. Probably Windows Admin Console only.
emv88001 is the master and also media server (plus NDMP media server).
TLD(0) is attached to emv88001.
The OS sees the tape drives but nothing is configured in NBU.
You need to run the device config, select emv88001 to add the tape drives that are in the robot.
You can skip the STU config at the end, as these parameters should still be the same.
Confirm with 'tpconfig -l' on emv88001 after device config.

You really need to find out how everything is physically connected and what the config is supposed to look like.
It seems to me if TLD(0) - STK SL500 with 5 x LTO4 tape drives is connected to the master server only.
You need to confirm that this is the case.
If so, then start the Device Config Wizard in the Main NBU Console and select emv88001. Follow the prompts.

The drive should have been configured in the robot TLD(0) after running the device configuration wizard. But I still got robot failure error when it tries to mount the tapes.

For the load operation failed error, since media server - emv88001 is a linux machine, you would need to start by checking what message is reported in the system logs - "/var/log/messages"
