DBBACKUP EXE has stopped working

Running Netbackup 7.5.0.6 on Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1.  Trying to restore a MSSQL 2008 R2 database on this server from a backup taken from another source (also configured with 7.5.0.6 on Win2008R2SP1 with MSSQL2008R2).  After entering the necessary information (SQL Host, Source Client, Time Filter), about 10 seconds pass and then I get an error message popping up that says "DBBACKUP EXE has stopped working" and only the option to close the program.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to get some further information. Enable dbclient log on the destination client and check what it shows. Look right at the end of the log, on what it was doing before the crash. Also check what the windows event logs show. There was a bug for this in 7.5.0.4.
