Diff backup running as Full backup

I am taking backup of some files of master server i have kept some useful scripts in one partition in master server, i have taken full backup of of the same policy 2 days back  and modified some contents today

when i run diff backup it actully takes full backup size of the Diff backup is exactly same as full backup

i took last time,

Has any one faced same issue before ?

    Netbackup Differential Incremental backup is done by the following methods

    1.Archive-bit Based backup ( Default )

    2.Date based Backup

    Netbackup default uses Archiv-Bit Based backup, After completion of Full Backup Veritas Clear the Archive-bit and whenever the file got changed then the archive bit set to active,incremental backup checks for the archive bit in the file if archive is active then Netbackup Backups that particular file

    In your sitution the file modified after full backup may be in size that is equal to Full Backup.
